Abstract:
The speed of technological transformation, as well as the migratory flow added to demographic aging, will result in an overall redesign of the work world and its organization. In this work, we will present the results of an Inapp qualitative study carried out in the manufacturing and services sector, which explores the relationship between the employability of workers over 50 and technological innovation. A focus will be dedicated to health and social services which, in the face of the increasing average age of the employees, must respond to a greater request for care and assistance from users who have also become older.
