Abstract

Civic Service is analised under several perspectives: on one hand, it is such a rich and formative experience that improves skills and empower personal attitudes; on the other hand, it can be observed through a dimension of 'active citizenship', with impacts in terms of employability. On this regard, youth and active policies should look at Civic Service as a good practice and as a policy laboratory to learn from.
