Some remarks about collaborative governance and co-creation of shared administration

Abstract

During last decade in EU Social Investment Package and Social Innovation strategy have been considerable sources for strategic partnerships, including a broad spectrum of intersectoral/multiactor mechanisms. According to recent Third Sector Code, Italian Public administrations are required to ensure active involvement of civil society organizations through co-programming and co-planning. This video-recorded presentation analyzes current implementation of such reform, focusing both on promising experiences and hidden risks of collaborative governance.
