Anatomy of the italian occupational structure: organization, knowlodge and power beyond RBTC

Abstract

This work intends to present an anatomy of the Italian occupational structure addressing the question of which factors determine wages. This is done accounting for differences across occupational groups and trying to disentagle the role played by technological change, exploiting the rich and highly detailed amount of data of ICP, both in terms of quantitative and qualitative information.
