|Abstract:||Trying to identify effective models for social inclusion in Eu, this presentation outlines strenght and weakness point of the Dutch way. Vocational education and training remain the best tools to help immigrants make full use of their professional potential and become active participants in the Dutch society and its productivity. As a result, the Dutch Government, aware that immigrants need the Netherlands as much as the Netherlands need them, cleverly has been transferring the issue of immigration, which is a thorny problem everywhere, from an ideological plan to an utilitarian one, implementing all the measures needed to solve the problems in the present and for the future in a timely fashion, further strengthening them during the pandemic.|
