Abstract: | The Atlas of Work can be defined as a mapping of the world of labor market and qualifications based on the description of activities carried out in work context. The aim of such a system is to achieve a universal description of various jobs in order to monitor and evaluate how the market is moving within an extremely dynamic socio-economic context. The focus of this presentation is on how the Atlas can be useful when applied to understand ongoing development in labor market needs and qualifications as a response to the green transition challenges. |
