Abstract:	Presentation. L'intervento illustra entità, distribuzione, composizione e diffusione territoriale del fenomeno sociale preso in esame, ovvero i cosiddetti "Not (engaged) in Education, Employment or Training", con specifico riferimento all'Italia meridionale, utilizzando dati relativi al 2012 e considerando la fascia d'età compresa tra 15 e i 29 anni, descrivendo la consistenza e le relative modalità d'impiego delle risorse destinate, dai diversi Attori Istituzionali, a contrastare il fenomeno. Si conclude con un bilancio degli esiti finora conseguiti, indicando le priorità strategiche d'intervento da attuare (definite "dilemma") e le criticità in maggior misura rilevanti. 25/10/2013
