Abstract:	Presentation. The contribution aims at showing activities to increase awareness on effective solutions and to transfer experimental tools and strategies to improve employment and social cohesion, taking into account the “Europe 2020”. objectives and the ESF use Presentation. In the framework of the ESF Transnational Learning Network “[email protected]: a net for employment”, the Lithuanian Ministry of Labour organized, in cooperation with Isfol, the exchange event “Measures and interventions for disadvantaged groups”. During the meeting, Member states had the opportunity to exchange practices and information on the national measures for the social inclusion of disadvantaged groups. 06-07/06/2012
